Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager at Geeky Tech, you will spearhead our marketing strategies, ensuring our brand’s message resonates with our audience and drives business growth. Your role will be instrumental in shaping Geeky Tech’s brand image, enhancing its digital presence, and ensuring a consistent and effective brand message.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve company objectives.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Work closely with internal teams to align branding efforts with business goals.
Digital Marketing:
- Coordinate with the SEO strategist to ensure timely delivery of critiques to leads.
- Follow up with leads after they've received their video critique, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to optimize future marketing strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Update and maintain our CRM system with accurate information on leads, prospects, and client communications.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and outreach efforts.
Market Research:
- Assist SEO Strategist in Pre-call Preparations:
- Collaborate with the SEO Strategist to gather preliminary data on leads or potential clients prior to discovery calls.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a secondary point of contact, taking detailed notes during discovery calls to capture client needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Handle any technical or admin-related queries during the call, allowing the SEO Strategist to focus on strategic discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn sales and outreach.
- Proficient in various digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to devise creative and innovative marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and ranking strategies.
